About 4 years ago, Tech Genius guys fixed my mom's Samsung tablet. The repair was very quick, with a great amount of care and precision. The price for the repair job was very small and I was so grateful for their kindness. This morning, I drove from the east end of Mississauga to Burlington to replace two cell phone batteries and a camera lens cover. Yes, the drive was 30 minutes and there are many cell phone repair shops around Mississauga, but when you receive such high level of personal attention, it is hard to go anywhere else. The drive was well worth it. Thank you very much guys, and I will be returning for my other electronic repairs.

Ordered a Christmas gift for our youngest during the postal strike, Tech Genius called FedEx and Purolator but they wouldn't ship it. Finally UPS agreed but it was going to cost $120! Tech Genius paid the $120! I have never dealt with a company so dedicated to their customers! They were so polite, professional and KIND! Even during the holiday chaos! They kept in touch during the shipping process with updates, always answered my calls and texts, they are fabulous to deal with! I don't do reviews but these guys went above and beyond! 10/10 Merry Christmas!

I bought an Xbox series x from here and spent over $700 with the express delivery, a week and a half ago. Still haven't recieved it. Not happy. A word of advice for you guys, DON'T use purolator for delivery at this point Canada post would have been quicker. I recieved a call from the manager after my post. Super nice guy they are going to get to the bottom of this problem and find out why it's taking so long for the delivery. It's nice to see a store that cares about their customers. You don't see that often enough. Ty so much.
